Stop private breeding,spay neuter free weekly for poor,limit animals people can have,enforce are fixed,allow pet friendly housing as security enough and building dog,cat sanctuaries in each state. is the answer instead of killing in these death houses. Our tax dollars are going to exterminate our nation's pets. this is absolutely horrible. if agree,share this. go fund me to open sanctuary in TX,CA. Need help from other Sanctuaries operating effectively like the asher house,yaqui,give to,best friends,also donate to,n. shore. also support.

"All creatures great and small,God made them all!" -the Bible ***Yes they kill many huskies too .. Pits,huskies, shepherds, Chihuahuas ...Most killed dogs!! FACT. Needs to change. Why? Pits obvious. Many idiots own them and can't control them. Need training as do the rest. High activity level and owners too lazy. They get as are pretty etc. But soon learn are over their heads! Not willing to put in the time so instead of rehomed and given a new life are dumped in the worst place could be! A kill pound. 1/10 pits make it out alive! FACT. Sheps and Huskies very active and need room to run or are destructive and bite. FACT! No bad dogs just untrained...and dumb people. Who runs things!? People do. Duh. **** 2 years old! Can see in a minute is a nice healthy beautiful dog too!! I had my pit,am staff until she was almost 16! Lucked out with me huh?!???? Many good years before she declined and then it was about salvaging what could...to have quality of life. This poor dog never got a chance!! Is sickening. Caught up in the sick meat farm trade here in the U.S.! Oh yes we are horrified by the Chinese in China and Yulan fest. There it is done right in your face!! Too much for our palette and sensitive sensibilities so we condemn them when right under our noses this barbaric insanity is happening in 48/50 states! We all Know that these shelters or rather death camps are not overcrowded to the point can't do anything but kill them when time up for next victim who stays 3 days,gets adopted,fostered or killed too,pup,kitties included as merciless, jaded who do the killing. I can speak out against China and do and things are slowly changing for the better there because do in numbers.but.. Many died last month and were tortured to death for 10 days of blood letting. Fact!! Shouldn't have ..but not enough to stop the trucks full of caged dogs in top of one another in agony. How long do you think you could stand watching that!?? It is a numbers game here and we try to do the most good can. In some you see pups and kitties. Of course if well we try to save them. Pregnant dogs cats are killed to prevent more unwanted dogs cats as the babies grow quickly and in 3 months are not saved this time if on chipping block again. Fact! You at home get to pick and choose and moan over this and that and then get up and watch tv. Can feel good you tried and did anything at all when so many do nothing. Busy living their lives,work,go home, cook,clean,food shop,do wash,care for family,see friends occasionally and do it again...May throw a bit to charity to feel good. Is it enough to make a damn bit of difference here really!!??!? No I don't think so. The reality is ..these animals need to be moved to new places. If have 20o dogs and can only house 100 then build a new place! You have the $. BS if say don't. Doesn't have to be state of the art just as long are structures. TX has plenty of land,cheap land can use. Bureaucracy is stopping the derailed train. The powers that be are blocking this simple idea that is so obvious. Could make TX and CA, that are the biggest killers of pit bulls in the US, no kill right now!!! Can you see it!?? They need to do this they need to do that...Who is they!!? They is you and me! Don't like it!!?? Change it. What I am trying to do. Wake and shake you up out of your slumber. Trust me I know what is going on in the pounds and how much these cats suffer.. who shouldn't be there, TNR them ...return to where got from cat colonies and feed water shelter monitor with drones for safety and done! They are killing 70% of the cats get daily!! 55 % of the dogs!! FACT. Do you think that is a good rate!??? No I don't think so. How about save 90% Save?!!??? Build no kill dog refuges. Network and join forces with the other throw aways of society,your prisoners...being done daily in some prisons..Solving the problem cost effectively. Train free and give to disabled and police depts. !! Needs to happen across the board. In NC prisoners clean the cages. Frees up cleaning crew so can help walk dogs. Friendlies can be out loose in day in corrals as can friendly cats. Abused can get one in one socialization so adopted. As is now...no time ..shelters are crazy busy over crowded places. Could do so much more good than is done because is hard to effect change within the system. Why I stay on the outskirts. Sharing these dogs and cats saves lives! Regardless of what anyone says...things are better. We used to kill many more animals before social media. Many more now have a chance. Is 50/50. Dont know who will see them here. Even when the shelters are closed eyes are on them 24)7. Is miraculous the power here!! Can you feel it!? When people get sick and tired of being sick and tired they do something! Help me get land,can build structures cheaply,even with used pallets,vacant farms,in foreclosure use..I,me want to open a dog rescue. I know a woman in Costa Rica saved 2,000 dogs on site now! That needs to be temp. Can take them in temp but they need to be going out too so more can come in and be saved. Is not a permanent residence. Ex. The Asher House in Oregon. He lives there with them. Picks who will save at shelters. They stay there and he networks with rescues to get them adopted. What he provides is TIME. He is a dog broker. A very vital part of the machine. Two guys in SC doing the same thing! They have saved 13,000 dogs so far!! Incredible. Do you see how it works!?? We need more Sanctuaries not kill pounds!! RI has hotel for dogs. Best Friends in UT has sanctuary. Big Dog Ranch and Rescue in AL and FL getting alot of border dogs from TX dumped. N. Shore Animal League,NY another. Yukon sanctuary in RGV ..WA husky ranch. TX:Jenni's Ranch,Bushnell farm,sanctuary, Villa Lobos of Pit bulls and Parolees fame..in MS too. AL,open field dog training... Hello! Is anyone home!??? Can you see what WE as a community need to be doing!?? We need to be building places for these dogs NOW! We need to be getting them out!!! NOW!!! Do you, you hear me!!??!!!?? If we don't do it now,these dogs killed today will just keep on being dog food for your pets tomorrow!!* How many more Spots and Sally's must die before it is enough!!?? The ones running these places dont care. They are getting paid either way.*tainted,why recalled. Do you? Do you care!!? Have you had enough!??! If you do,share the sh*t out of this post!!! Recovering at loal vet. Donations welcome as owner unavailable for comment. has not returned press's phone calls. Disgusting. Not sure why people like this have animals if don't want them. Seem to hate them even. She should be left in home with no food and water. How would she like it? They depend on us for survival. Gross and inexcusable. Comment if like.

Two Men Seen Throwing Dog Off Bridge...

Those with info on this horrible crime are asked to come forward asap. If I had my way, I'd make it very hard for people to get a dog. Back round checks would be required. Unauthorized reeding would be outlawed. This would surely cut down on the yearly slaughter of unwanted, abused, neglected animals in our shelters yearly in the world. What do you think?!??!

Dead Dog Found in Trash in Rotterdam

Should be treated as a murder as what it is. People who do this eventually kill people. Nuts. Disturbed person did this. Full of hat and rage. Scarey. Depended on human for survival. Treated like this. Awful. Hope catch who did this soon or may hurt a child next. What do you think?,!

Saved more money on pet treats...

Used coupons($1.25 for two Milo's), ($1. off 'better than', $1. off new dental Milk bone brushing biscuits). It all adds up.  All good. Had saved by shopping at BJ's last week. Bought healthy dog, cat dry and wet food in bulk(20 lbs. each, 48 cans of Friskies wet food for $22.) and kitty litter, 80 lbs. of it for just $18.(saved $13) Got 14 lbs of dog biscuits by BJ's store brand. Brandy my dog loves them and just $10(saved 17)! Got box of 7 cat treats by temptations for $6., usually $2 each. Saved 8 bucks. I took a cab home($13. with tip) but still saved. Used free trial got in mail for two months.This is the highlight of my week, saving money at super markets.  Result: with money saved ($30-10=20(charge me fee last time to shop there), after expenses)got myself a pizza pie, tossed garden salad, soda can for just $22 with tip and delivery fee.  Worked out to $1.75 a slice so saved and froze left overs. Just ate some of the pizza last night. All had to do was remove from tin foil and toss in micro wave. yummy.

Got Brandy, my dog some new treats...

either on sale or with coupon for a dollar off.  Got Rachel Ray's 'soup bones', pupperonis, carryouts, milo's. Saved $8. Saved $12. at CVS when bought large rawhide bones for a buck each. were $3 each. Also got roll of paper towels free with coupon and st.  patty's day head band for .75 that was $3.

of dog treats, biscuits, bones. Still got a coupon for a buck off next Milkbone biscuit purchase after buying a box last week at Price Chopper and using $1. coupon off 95 cent 'T bonz' mini treats. See for me it's all about saving money so can live better and my pets live better too.

Be kind to animals,wear pleather not leather. I noticed all the shoes or rather high boots were man-made at kohls,macys,sears and Burlington coat factory. way to go! I hardly eat meat and when do,eat chicken,little chop meat and mostly rice,pasta and veggies. Is good to cut down on use of meat to save animals. Read more here.

Yesterday all my pets got something nice from the market..

Bought catnip,cat toys,better quality cat food,dog bones,biscuits. Saved $37. there as my friend is a senior and Big Y super market in Greenfield Mass. has a silver program where give s a discount to senior citizens. Ham was on sale for $3.99/lb.,a bouquet of flowers for $3., a half gallon of ice cream for $3.  My friend drinks a lot of diet coke which is very bad to drink honestly so bought selzer instead for a buck each,5 of them and saved as won't buy at corner shop for twice that! Shopping smart is being frugal not cheap. More on saving money here on my frugal blog. Played a game of pool at the local pub yesterday for .75 without drinking anything and left. had fun frugally. it can be done folks. With money saved was able to splurge on Ben and jerry's ice cream, a pint for $5.

Amish puppy mill horror..

CBS news anchor Steve Amaruzzo,may have spelt it wrong,brings this issue to light in recent report. The Amish consider these animals cattle and treat them awfully and when overcrowded shoot them. We have no jurisdiction in this area where they live. The dogs vocal chords are damaged intentionally so can't bark and are kept in rabbit hutches so can't even walk but crawl. Is awful and i think we need to pass laws to stop this. They still live in the US and should be made to abide by some laws to protect them. Speak out to your congressmen about this now by writing,calling! Thanks.

Many fooled into buying dogs from these places. The best way not to be fooled is to save a life and get dog from local shelter.

Renting Housing With Pets Can Be Hard..

Due to the actions of a few..who make it bad for responsible pet owners like myself and probably you too. Our pets are all rescues who were abandoned by their previous owners for a multitude of reasons including moving to non-pet friendly housing. Is sad when You have to give up a pet who becomes like a family member. I know I LOVe my babies who are my kids as I have nonhuman ones. What do you think?

I am facing this situation myself as I have been asked to leave housing I recently moved into! I have 8 cats I acquired from each place I had lived as were neglected by their previous owners and I took pity on them and took h in. For doing God's work, I am facing homelessness. Is this fair?
